This is the server that I have been looking for -- for such a long time. A pure PVP WOE server with no grinding whatsoever. Just pure action. Love it.
I think what they need to improve on is the setup of the items or they could have lottery games so you can get random treasures.

The player on thumbnail with player on server is very very different, stop scamming people dude, the server only have 4 afk player and 1 afk GM and only 1 active player thats me :D ----- everything has same exact thing on description all item is free no mvp card or mini boss, bg time 24/7, woe time 24/7, but no player joinning.

Because this is not classic framing server. This is PVP / WoE only server. There is no gameplay related to leveling/hunting. That mean players can organize woe 5 minutes after login to the game. That way you don't see players. Open youtube, enter woero, hit the enter, and watch. Also, you can check https://vk.com/woero (required registration) and then you can talk about "fake popularity". The server hosted WoE for around 60-65 WOE guilds from whole RO community.
